Overview

The 5 days /4 nights northern circuit safari package is best suited for visitors who would like to spend some more time in Serengeti National Park. The Package includes game drive in lake Manyara National Park famously known for it’s tree climbing Lions, Ngorongoro Crater for it’s amazing landscapes and African wildlife and 2 days in Serengeti National Park well-known for its endless plains, vast numbers of African wildlife and Wildebeest migration. Spending more time in Serengeti Park will increase your chances of seeing a lot more action in the African wilderness. If you are looking for a not so long safari, this could most likely be your best option. Accommodation for this package is in pitched up tents which will carried in your safari vehicles through out the safari.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive at JRO/Arusha

Arrive JRO by KLM flight from Amsterdam or arrive by any other international airline and you will be met Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be met by our company representative and then transferred to a comfortable accommodation at Venus Premier Hotel or Tulia Spa and Lodge in Arusha in order to stay overnight on Bed and Breakfast basis. You will have a comprehensive briefing about the safari.

Day 2 – Lake Manyara National Park:

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park in order to spend a full day game drive; in this day you might have a great opportunity to see its marvelous concentration of game, including 350 species of birds, not to mention the glistening soda lake itself where you will catch glimpses of grazing pink flamingos. Stay overnight at Havennature Campsite in order to stay overnight on Full Board basis.

Day 3 – Serengeti National Park:

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park – optional via (Olduvai Gorge) which has been made famous by the anthropological Leakey, this anthropologist’s dream is where the origins of man are said to have emerged. Proceed with game viewing en-route to Seronera Campsite in order to stay overnight on Full Board basis.

Day 4 – Serengeti National Park:

Optional – you can wake up at 06:00 and then begin the Sunrise game viewing followed by late breakfast at 09:00. Around 10:30 collect your picnic lunch boxes and then continue with game viewing for the rest of the day. Stay overnight at Seronera Campsite on Full Board basis.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Conservation Area:

An early morning wake up and then go for game drive trying to find the nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light. Return back to the lodge in order to have breakfast and then continue with the game drive before you proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. Stay overnight at Simba Campsite – overlooking the crater!

Day 6 – Ngorongoro Crater Tour:

After breakfast, descend the Crater in order to spend a half day exploring the short–grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more games. Late in the afternoon you will drive back to Arusha where you will be staying overnight at Venus Premier Hotel or Tulia Spa and Lodge on Bed and Breakfast basis
